Our Week in Review

During our weekly literacy assessment, students learned about Marian Anderson. Since they were reading about Marian Anderson, I shared with them her singing "My Country Tis of Thee" at Lincoln Memorial.

This week in spelling we did contractions examples: don't, won't, it'll.

This week in reading we read The Case of The Gasping Garbage. We also did comparing and contrasting using "T" charts and Venn Diagrams.
